- The Pens under -150 at home coming off a bad loss sure looks inviting...but I just do not see much to like about this team after Sid and Geno...they are just so dependent on those guys...Flyers are in nice form and should come in with plenty of confidence today...would not be surprised at all to get a fun shootout in this one.

- Crushing loss for the Canes as they kept trying to convince themselves they could run off 6 or 7 in a row and get back into it...they are really a bad team and can see a loose game between these two

- The Caps' offense has not been as dynamic over the last few...but they catch the Leafs in a bad spot off a very strong west coast swing and now an afternoon game...like the Caps to put up at least 3 in this one...

- Blues should be ready to go coming off 2 straight losses...they are a much better team than Pittsburgh..Pens come in off an OT win and now go out of conference...they get outplayed most games and it is a matter of whether Sud and Geno can win games on their own...

- I would love to see the Jackets lose, as it would help the Caps..I suspect our Leaf fans would enjoy that as well...and they are certainly in a tricky position - that of a shaky team as a road favorite...Certainly one would expect them to play with desperation, and it should be tough for the Isles to shut them down...
