FWIW, those high-priced odds are there just to entice. They're rarely good bets and even more rarely cash. In my mind, there's no way Barcelona beats Bayern by three goals in the first leg of the Champs League semifinal. In a second leg, where Bayern may have given up, maybe. But not in a first leg where even if Barcelona goes up 2-0, Bayern would keep fighting. Then, to put it in a broader perspective, even if Barcelona could beat Bayern by three goals, they surely wouldn't do it once every seven times so you can break even on the bet.

Nick: I had nothing for Libertadores Thursday. All the totals were set at 2, which wiped them all out for me. There's some possibilities next week. I like both Colombian sides, and if the Boca/River match has a 2.5 total I'll play the Under if the vig isn't too high. Only one play today. I'll post Saturday's plays in the early evening Pacific time.
