Ummmm

Did you watch the game earlier in the day? Burrow got sacked NINE TIMES, and didn’t have much of a running game either. His offensive line was getting wrecked

And he still played phenomenally against the #1 seed on the road

Do you know what the difference was?

Burrow takes risks and doesn’t just toss it underneath every fucking play

Burrow is willing to make tough throws and take chances; he doesn’t give a fuck about meaningless stats like passer rating and interception rate. It’s seeming more and more like that’s the only thing Rodgers cares about
I agree Rogers to tenn And you got a real contender

i Will say yes . He put his team in scoring distance throughout second half and that’s where the game was won. Greenbay s lack of offense definitely helped Tony’s chances but he made some clutch passes on key 3rd downs.
I kept thinking don’t leave Rogers any time but they got whooped outside of opening drive and blocked kick drive to end half. You have to credit Tony for his poise . He did get lucky on several occasions making stupid throws but he continued key drives . Time of possession tale of two halves
So 131 yards with a pic wins the game but 225 yards with no pic loses the game! 6 runs to 2 passes on that EPIC game winning drive yet Jimmy gets the credit! You cannot be serious! Does he also get credit for dumping the ball off and Samuel breaking so many tackles too!?!?

Burrows did not have a blocked kick or punt! Rodger could have easily gotten sacked 4 more times if it wasn't for his scrambling ability! And the weather was worse and they put up similar numbers. The difference again is the blocked kick and punt! And for once Shanahan didn't blow the game but Vrabel did! Third and a fucking inch fall forward and win the fucking game! Burrows did destroy Tannehill. Just as Rodgers played much better than Jimmy G!

I’m giving him credit because he came through When he had too. It wasn’t pretty and yes his special teams and defense with blanket coverage gave him that opportunity to drive for the W. By all means I would rather have someone else at the helm but he did deliver

So one 12 yard pass is coming through!? 6 runs and 2 passes on that epic drive. One pass was a dump off in which Samuel broke 2 or 3 tackles.

He had more then one pass obviously his stats were not great I do recall a drop by kittle down the middle first half. Ebbs and flows . I do know he’s playing next week and there’s more money today in my pocket. His protection last night on strong side was weak as shit so as bad as he forced it on certain occasions it didn’t implode on him so he got a little lucky as well. Just think if Rogers was on tennesse yesterday he’s still playing .

I'm talking about his "drive" when "he" put them in field goal range. He did shit and they won. Their special team was so pathetic that they only had 10 guys on the field for the winning kick!!! Barnes didn't even rush the kick, staying in the hook zone. So they sent 9 vs 10 to try and block the kick!

He no legitimate picks in his last two losses while the qb's he's faced have thrown 4 picks, but it's his fault they lose! This is not tennis or golf. Don't understand this fascination with championships when judging a single player on a team sport. Fuck Barry Bonds is gotta be one of the worst baseball players ever! He's never won shit! It's even a more ridiculous using this benchmark when judging a football player considering they're not even on the field for more than half the game!! (offense, defense, special teams)

You can keep the same narrative going and frame it as excuses . or maybe just dig a little deeper for a change , widen your lense...

If your being honest , looking at it from a Packers perspective, Rodgers isn't the reason they lost that game.

Rodgers opens himself up for criticism by the way he acts. He's an arrogant prick that is a shitty teammate, and thinks he's better than anyone else

Packers front office is one of the best in the NFL and he takes swipes at them

His offense is loaded

His defense is damn good too

He's a great all time player than doesn't belong in the same sentence as Tom Brady

I get what your saying and special teams on greenbay absolutely reduced there chances of winning not to mention stuffing sf on that 4th down however San Fran never gave up and garoppolo as terrible as he is played a decent 2nd half . Gun to my head I will take Rodg

Rodgers looks like a homeless vagrant and it’s too bad he opened his mouth especially on politics. Respect the position as much as you disagree with the person.

You can blame special teams and whatever all you want for that loss last night.

But fact of the matter is.. Scoring just 10 points at home as the #1 seed in ideal conditions (ideal for the Packers vs a warm-ish weather team) is 100% unacceptable. That can't happen. Rodgers shouldn't get 100% of the blame for that. But he 100% should be criticized for it. He's gotta do better.

aren't you reaching just a little here ? arrogant ? big fucking deal that he might be arrogant...... How do you know if he's a shitty teammate ? l You have inside info ? LOL... Maybe there is something to taking swipes at his front office ? Maybe he should've had Love run out of town like Brady did with Jimmy G in NE ?

Jimmy's playoff record is 5-1. You can probably find all of the reasons why Jimmy is not the reason, but he is 5-1 in the playoffs. The all-everything, all time great MVP is now sitting at home. Rodgers is not the reason they lost, but he failed to be the reason they won.
And BTW, there is plenty of ex-teammate and media examples of why Rodgers is a jerk and bad team player. You may have forgotten his behavior last summer before training camp.

He could've certainly played better, they scored 10 pts. You give him the Crosby FG at the end of the half (his best play of the game to Aaron Jones) and they score 13....I mean, it isn't gonna change my opinion of him as a player or anything but he could've played better. Their offense basically didn't do shit after the 1st drive and their defense carried them the whole game.

He did score more points than the Niners offense. I'll ask the question again did Garoppolo win the game for the Niners?

Yeah but most of us agree Garapollo isn't that good, lol. His expectations are judged totally differently.

Obviously Rodgers has more talent in his pinkie than Jimmy, it is a team game, yada yada.

Rodgers is in that tier of QB's that any critique is gonna be somewhat of a nitpick, but he does hold the ball rather than throw INT's. That has been his MO his entire career, looks great on the ratio at the end of the year but sometimes you run into a team that can peel back the ears and you do have to get it out quicker. This is also why he has dealt with more injuries in his career than his other legendary contemporaries.
