This has been a long time coming. It is all or nothing for me also. Going for at least the .50 mark. Patience is the key.

I think this is news that none of us longs ever expected. We were hoping for a Berlin permit to be filed and instead we get news of a partnership with a company who HAS a biomass facility (running on chicken shit) already up and running in Minnesota. We are now partners with a company that has money and together these two companies will be developing biomass facilities in the Northeast with 5 more projects in the works plus Berlin which will be huge.

Laidlaw still has Berlin which will be the biggest biomass faciltiy in the NW United States as well as a partnership with atleast 5 other projects, so the profits and revenues for the future could be very good for LLEG and its share holders.

We are invested in a REAL company that is doing what they have always said they will do....

Not sure what share price LLEG has a protential to climb to but I do know I will be around to see where they peak to. Life changing money is what I am looking for and today was a good start.

I'm going out to buy some chickens and a pooper scooper.

I am the worst for guessing what a stock price is going to do. I would have thought lleg would be trading around .004 by now, even before this news.

My opinion is if you plan on holding this stock long term or until they are producing power and revenue, get in now because it is a long term hold. If you plan on flipping, I would wait and see what happens this next week.

GL whatever you decide. I think this company is on the verge of big things.

BTW, they used turkey shit not chicken shit. I was a little wasted last night.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Laidlaw Biopower, LLC (“Laidlaw”), an affiliate of Laidlaw Energy Group, Inc. (Ticker symbol “LLEG”), and Homeland Renewable Energy LLC (“Homeland”), jointly announced today that they have entered into a joint venture to develop biomass-energy plants throughout the Northeastern United States. The joint venture company, known as Homeland Laidlaw Energy, LLC (“HLE”), provides the joint venture partners with a strong market position in the U.S. renewable energy marketplace with an initial portfolio of four biomass-energy plants under development in the Northeast and plans for significant expansion down the road.

In connection with the joint venture, Homeland has also agreed to make an equity investment in the joint venture which will provide capital for development as well as proceeds to Laidlaw in consideration for the contribution of several of Laidlaw’s development projects to the portfolio of HLE.
Commenting on the formation of HLE, Laidlaw President & CEO Michael B. Bartoszek stated, “The formation of HLE brings together tremendous synergies between Laidlaw and Homeland. Laidlaw’s strength lies is originating, developing and financing exceptional biomass project opportunities and Homeland’s strength lies in engineering, building and operating such projects. This joint venture gives the parties everything they need to take a project from conceptual stage to operations within one organization.”
Homeland Chairman Jack Clarke will serve as Chairman of the Board of HLE and Homeland President Rupert Fraser and Chief Operating Officer Carl Strickler will serve on the board of HLE and as corporate officers. Laidlaw President and CEO Michael Bartoszek will serve as President and CEO of HLE and Laidlaw Vice Presidents Louis Bravakis and Raymond Kusche will hold similar positions with HLE and serve on the board.
The combination of Laidlaw’s and Homeland’s biomass-energy development businesses brings together approximately 30 professionals focused on making HLE the leading supplier of biomass-energy in North America. HLE will be headquartered in New York, NY and maintain offices or personnel in Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine and London, UK.
Homeland President & CEO Rupert Fraser stated, “The HLE joint venture complements Homeland’s poultry litter power project business extremely well. We are excited by the opportunities that the HLE project pipeline will bring for us to create significant value for our shareholders and those of Laidlaw.”
Separately, Laidlaw announced today that is has signed a letter of intent to acquire an approximately 10 megawatt biomass-energy plant located in Massachusetts. The parties are presently negotiating a definitive purchase agreement. It is anticipated that the project will be assigned to HLE and become part of its development portfolio, subject to approval of HLE’s board of directors.

as stated last week seems like we have a base in the .0013 -.0015 range. normal trading volume has returned and the daytrading/flippers have exited the stock for now. the stock is wound very tight. push and pull between the buyers and sellers right now. the slow stepping up of this stock though is a great sign. this is a pink sheet that actually behaves with some consistency. this is not a fly by night company. these guys are doing all of the right stuff. financing and partnerships from larger companies..buyers of power already lined up...community development projects in action....these are the steps that must be taken in order to position yourself for success in the future. the press release last week wasnt even the pr that we are waiting on....the pr we are waiting on is for the permit application. the homeland deal sweeten the pot by quelling some fear of dilution. if laidlaw didnt think the permit would be filed and approved i highly doubt they would be making the moves they are making. they know what is at stake and they are making sure its going to get done right the first time. i added an additional million shares this morning. im positioning myself so if this ends up where i think it can end up ill never have to work again. use your own DD of course but this has a chance to do wonderful things.

GL.

I'm not buying any as of now but I have a few friends picking up a million here and there.

We have a base at .0013 but you never know how fast that can move up or down. Love the news and MBB just posted on his blog.

We are invested in a real company, now they need to produce the power.

Various stuff

Well, we finally spent some time today working on editing and updating our web site . We have needed to do this for a while, but it's always toward the botton of the "to do" list. Our current plan is to completely redesign it in the near future, but we want to make some updates in the interim. Anyway, the site just crashed, so for the moment we don't have a web site, but stand by...the new and improved site will be up soon :)

We announced last week our joint venture with Homeland Renewable Energy (see our joint news release here). This is a great deal for both organizations, because it makes one complete company that can take a project from the concept stage to construction to operations entirely in house. Additionally, it provides us with capital to fund our current and future development efforts, so this should allow us to significantly ramp up in terms of projects in development. Last but not least, it allows us to cash out some of the equity we have built through project development without substantially diluting our holdings. In my mind, the next step is to pursue a similar transaction between the joint venture company, Homeland Laidlaw Energy, LLC, and a European partner.

Lastly, we also announced last week that we are in the process of acquiring a biomass plant in Massachusetts. Like most of our transactions, this deal has been in the works for a while, but we are very excited about the opportunity to put this plant into operation very quickly as compared to other development projects.

I don't understand how some of these guys on I Hub look at these charts and know when there will be a run up.

Do you have any experience with what they are doing?

you can tell by the charts flatlining again that the selling has extinguished....so it could either tick higher or continue milling around the same levels.....ill take a break even or gain risk EVERY day of the week....now keep an eye on this....maybe we tick higher maybe we dont.....my opinion we tick higher....quickly pull back and end up around .0015 or .0016 (slightly higher then the last base we created). this is GOOD and HEALTHY action....

Its been fun to watch. A close above .0022 would be great.

Got a few friends of mine that are in this one back at .0005 are selling their initial investment and taking the free ride with the rest of their shares.

Can't blame them.
