But this Law can't possibly be followed or Enforced bcuz to do so would lead to a "Risk" that "Congress chooses the President"
So......
We're gonna just go ahead and get rid of this Statute, just toss this Law. right? I mean, why not? Why leave it just laying around if its not enforceable? Maybe instead of getting rid of it we should just Preface it with some thing like:
"This Law does not mean anything, its a useless waste of space."
