When he posted the comment below in the financial forum in 2017 it made me laugh. I posted interested as a gag but was surprised some people actually thought it was a real deal.

I have a 15 year history with certain rock solid sportsbooks and can get you special promos that allow earning handsome profits at zero risk. I am an expert and looking for a partner who can invest 10k+ in his sportsbook accounts and follow my lead to average us daily 1% profit each with zero risk (total 2% daily profit). This may sound too good to be true, but with my expertise it is a certainty. I do NOT need access to your account. you can follow my instructions in minutes a day and ensure that your bankroll increases every single day. When you withdraw profits, we split them, simple. Like any business, there is a point of diminishing returns..the most that my system will earn us is an average of 15k total every month. It is like a stock that ONLY goes up, never an up & down in bankroll. PM me if genuinely interested so we can have a phone talk about this.

I don't blame the mods for people getting taken, I really don't. Everyone is responsible for their own actions. But at the same time, how do you see a post like that and then see what he is doing on the main forum and not warn people beyond some generic cut and paste that you put in EVERY post when forum members making a bet or financial transactions? Really, that's it? People can feel free to go read his post in the financial forum, it's a joke.

And look at my exchange with BAS from post #220-222 of this thread. He was this guys biggest cheerleader. Just not even a hint that this was headed in this direction.

Again, I'm not saying he is at fault but if someone else that was a little more diligent or had a little more common sense was the head Mod at this site then I feel pretty damn confident in saying that this does not happen.

I can’t say anything about anyone else issues but I will say that Mogley did reload $500 into my account as promised. We started with $2k and I was able to cashout $1500 due to some winners which left my commitment at $500. We ended up going bust but he did send me $500 bitcoin within 24-hours to reload at a book. Since that was all I was in for at that point I can’t really complain about the arrangement.

If I'm a mod and I see that and then the guy is trying to tout in the main forum (and I know given his little hot streak that several people are gonna wanna take him up on this offer) I'm simply calling BS on that and discouraging people to enter into an arrangement with this guy in VERY certain times. That's just a no brainer.

It didn't happen and I'm not saying there should be any fallout from that, but it is what it is.

Without going into specifics I’ll just say I paid $2,500 out of pocket to cover my account that was maxed -$2,500 with 0 credit. We had an agreed $500 settle for him. He gave me 100 excuses of why he didn’t/shouldn’t pay. I’m sure he still has tons of small players. It will only be a matter of time before others are burned. I didn’t speak up sooner because I was hoping things would be made right. I’m a forgiving person and won’t go as far as to say he’s a bad guy but he certainly isn’t as smart as he thinks he is and the way he signed off of here is telling. Proceed with caution. Learn and live.

It also appears NFLTrends was helping him with his business. Does anyone know NFLTrends and if he would post something on this?

but you are obviously posting under a diff name here, which?

It was something like Bruinsxxx or something. I made it in college and haven’t used it in probably 8 years. I can’t even say that was the name. I’m not some ghost that has routinely posted I think my other name had 15 post. I always just come here to read.

Do I believe that Mogley turned a $1,000 deposit into $700K? No way no how...

Do I believe that Mogley had a great run and hit a lot of wagers? Yes, most are posted here

Do I believe that he numerous times posted about wagers he made that aren't posted and "glad he won back some of the posted wager" because he covered his loses or doubled up and those aren't true to keep his online rep high? Yes

Does it matter at all what I think? No...but "clients" I would tread lightly about giving someone on a gambling forum access to my account or personal information. Keep posting winners Mogley for those that follow no matter what.

Just sayin

I have info on the place address etc. was suppose to open this Super Bowl weekend. I would love to see if the guy shows up in person for the grand opening(Which I know he wont). Probably a scam of some sort as well, we shall see. I will be keeping tabs on the place for sure and report back or if anyone else has info on that venture of his(NFLtrends) feel free to share.

If I see that post in the financial forum and then I see him trying to solicit business on the site, I'm doing more than posting a cut and paste saying "buyer beware".....You actually replied to his thread in the financial forum like it was remotely legitimate.

It is what it is. Doubt you have the humility to admit you handled a situation incorrectly. Situation speaks for itself.

Let me just say, I think BAS handled it well. No reason to keep going down that road. At the time Mog was posting the plays before games in the open forum, it was good for the rX. Lame mowgley for. Messing up a good thing. Never fails when a guy goes tour it screws up. I told mowgley that, he didn’t want to hear it

Did you see his post in the financial forum? If your a mod and you see that then you see the solicitations for a "business arrangement", what you doing in that spot? He actually read the thread in the financial forum and pretended it was remotely legitimate. Read that shit "Guaranteed profits of 15k a month because he can get special deals with sportsbook owners!", "It's like a stock that only goes UP!"....You're gonna knowingly keep quiet and let posters get involved with someone after reading that? Really?

Of course when you call BAS out on this, he has to lash out and call posters idiots. Well, if I were a mod here instead of you then posters would likely have thousands more dollars of their own money right now. Now who's the idiot? Cmon bro, that's absurd.

Dude, it doesn't matter where the post originated from, hung from, transferred to/from.

If someone got duped into it, it is their own fault and they have absolutely no one else to blame but themselves.

I agree with that. Just saying I don't see how you let that slide if you see that post and then you see him trying to drum up business in the OS and just post the generic "caveat emptor" cut and paste.

It's pretty mind boggling to me to read that and then see what he was trying to do and think nothing of it. This result was entirely predictable.

But yes, the people who entered into the arrangement were mostly seduced by his win streak and high roller persona and ultimately they have to deal with that. I still stand by what I said though, the people that watch over this site and are supposed to spot those type of shenanigans were asleep at the wheel. If people have a problem with that, oh well.

Fair enough.

I bet you can pull the same stunt with your NBA picks. I don't mean that in a disrespectful way. I recognize you know your stuff.

WhAt percentage was his cut for a win ?

I never did the client deal. I offered to place wagers for him, which is probably even worse, extending what appears to be not a stand up guy, an honest deal out of sympathy. I got nothing out of it, no cut, no percentage nothing. I placed his wager and if I wanted to also play it I could, and did.

Didn't he state numerous times on here that he had retired from that sort of gambling? Wasn't he all about "coaching?"
