CoCo is the daughter of 1976 Olympic swimmer Tauna Vandeweghe and her then husband Robert Mullarkey.[SUP][3][/SUP]
Coco's Mom was also a broadcaster for the Portland Trailblazers basketball team. She won a silver medal at the 1984 Olympics as a member of the United States women's volleyball team and a gold medal at the 1976 Olympics as a member of the swimming relay team, in which she swam the 100-yard backstroke.
