Miami hanging in at No. 4 is impressive for Mark Richt and staff.
This 2016 season is going to be a good one for the Canes.

Saban may just be the BEST all time recruiter in CFB history.
true and true

Miami will drop a lot once the numbers start coming up for the others as they are very 3-star heavy but great job getting some early commits and if he can get Burgess-Becker to transfer that will be another great grab

Looks like 5 star LB Caleb Kelly is heading to OU. That might knock the Sooners up a notch...

TATE MARTELL, the No. 1 rated quarterback in the 2017 class has committed to
Ohio State. Martell, a five-star player had previously committed to Texas A&M
but changed his mind and opened things up again. He will graduate from Las Vegas
Bishop Gorman High School early and be in Columbus in January.

Good pickup for the Bucks if he doesn't change his mind again.

Bama snagged another 2017 commit this time from 6'6" WR Tyrell Shavers who ran a 4.38 in March at the Opening in Dallas. They are also high on the list of some other WR targets especially Devonta Smith, Nico Collins, Henry Ruggs, and Jerry Jeudy. Jeudy was the most impressive WR at the Bama camp last week so his stock is rising very fast. Very early yet but the 2017 Bama recruiting class is set to be Saban's finest.... scary :scared2:

FCS Jacksonville State (AL) is pulling in some prize recruits through the transfer route. Former
Auburn prize recruit Roc Thomas (RB) has signed with the school. He's the fourth FBS transfer
to enroll at Jax State this summer, joining South Carolina CB Al Harris Jr., former LSU WR Kevin
Spears and former East Carolina OL Darius Anderson.

Jacksonville State finished 13-2 last year making it all the way to the National Championship
Game.

Dont think the utah dt will end up at NU. No details.

Cant wait for this 5 star Tyjon Lindsey to make his commit. Lots of twitter drama over this one. Seems it's down to Ohio St and Nebraska. OSU's wr must have a drinking problem, because his night twitter game is to pick a fight with the guy getting under skin. Keith Williams is the real deal. Lindsey was thought to be and Buck lock, but then #WIDEOUTS bust down the door. Just hope he sticks around for a while, already had 2 nfl offers this offseason.

My 3 am post is unreadable. TLDR: twitter fight between NU and OSU coaches over a 5 star recruit. Being the two teams play this year, might be a nice chippy game to watch.

I'd say he stays close to where he is now. USC, Utah...maybe BYU.

Michigan with a pretty big list of recruits for this weekend. Something like five 5*'s and around 10 guys in the top 100 overall will be on campus.

Iowa recruit Juan Harris decommits from them for the 3rd time.... kth)(&^

2017 three-star Iowa defensive tackle Juan Harris has now decommitted from the Hawkeyes three different times in the course of a year and a half. Three decommits from three different schools has been pulled off before, but accomplishing it three times with a single program is a rare feat.
A timeline of the 6'4, 368-pounder:

 • December 2014: Harris commits to Iowa over Utah, Virginia and Wisconsin. He’s quoted as saying, "What type of man would I be if I commit, then decommit?" (That sounds funny in retrospect, but all high schoolers say regrettable things at all hours. Source: was a high schooler.)
 • January 2015: Harris decommits from Iowa, citing family disagreement. According to 247Sports, he names Alabama, Ohio State and Oregon as his top three "despite not having offers from any of the three schools." (Still well within the bounds of things high schoolers say.)
 • January 2015: Harris commits to Iowa, saying his family is on the same page now.
 • March 2015: Harris decommits from Iowa shortly after claiming a Michigan offer, saying, "I'm going to wait things out." (Wise.)
 • June 2015: Harris commits to Iowa, tweeting, "Blessed and honored to say I am officially committing to The University Of Iowa."
 • June 2016: Harris decommits from Iowa, tweeting, "I want to thank the Iowa staff for being true and supportive of me this past year. I am de-committing and going to re-evaluate." (Good to do so.)

Ducks picked up 4* QB Colson Yankoff & 4* WR Devin Culp today. Helfrich has gotten a lot of heat lately about the 2017 class.

This is the way it looks around the Big 12 in recruiting so far. Keep in mind with Texas, they'll close strong, that's Charlie's way to build momentum all at once. Iowa State is putting together a nice class by their standards. With Baylor, nothing needs to be said. They are dead in the water, especially after the school granted the release of 5 more players from their NLI's earlier this week, including Parrish Cobb. WV needs to pick it up, or else Dana needs to win a lot of games or he's history.

aTm has added another future transfer QB:

The top uncommitted quarterback in the class of 2017 is off the board.
Kellen Mond, the No. 2-ranked dual-threat QB and No. 49 prospect in the class, committed to Texas A&M over Auburn on Monday night in what was a down-to-the-wire recruiting battle between SEC West programs.
