I believe saying “all lives matter” just means you have a lack of knowledge and understanding. The reason they are saying “black lives matter” is because all lives don’t matter lol. That’s the entire point. So no all lives really don’t matter. Because black lives don’t matter. So people are now saying “black lives matter.”

Like anything it depends on the perspective of the person saying it I guess.
If I said "all lives matter", I would not be saying that black lives in fact do not matter.
"All" includes black. It is an acknowledgment that "yes, black lives matter, because ALL lives matter."
Just like saying "black lives matter" is open to interpretation now.
It was a catchy tagline at first. But now it's been hijacked by a radical violent Marxist organization aimed mostly at gay rights and demonizing the nuclear family.
So saying "black lives matter" could very reasonably be interpreted as support for that organization.
Imagine that...the minority's "cause" has been exploited.

If you have 3 kids and one falls and hurts themselves you aren’t going to help all 3 kids. You’re going to help the kid who needs help. The race that needs help. That WE, as white America, put in this position. This is systematic. It needs to be changed from the top. The entire thinking needs to be changed and we are doing that.
