They honored a freeplay that was supposedly only good "day of deposit" a few days after but when i deposited for a 20% reup they said i only got 10% because it was 10% thursdays even though the 20% was every day of the week but i guess on thursdays or whatever the lower bonus was in place. Pretty stupid if you ask me.

its seems we have a few regular ghosts who occasionally drop by to try and bash royal, for one reason or the other....
the only problem with that, is unlike some of the lesser known shops around, there are many of us that play at Royal, and are very happy there....We also have all been paid, and paid promptly.....kinda makes it hard to get a good credible bashing going on, when u have several respected posters, and well known ones, saying they have been paid several dimes recently without delay or hassle....
then u have a poster with 20 posts, telling you he doenst want any help, but that he has waited 2 months for the money, but just now posted it.....especially when we know he is ghosting....

There is NO ONE here that is paid to Defend books, or cover anything up....We do however protect books from malicious remarks, and slurs, that have no merit.....It seems to me the first response you got was RPM offering to help you...He is a PAID EMPLOYEE....everyone has a right to be skeptical....However if u feel the general, or rpm, or The Shrink,or Strut, or Lander, or now Myself, and Wilheim are not here to help you, and will cover up a no-pay, the i see ABSOLUTELY NO REASON FOR YOU TO BE HERE...it would be useless...We are here to help, but we need proof that something is wrong.....Seeing a new poster, who posts under another name, criticize a respected book, saying they havent paid for 2 months, then when offered help, says i will wait awhile, that doesnt scream "LEGITE COMPLAINT", it screams "basher with agenda."..if it turns out i am wrong, i will be the first to publically apologize to you, and question Royal on why they have singled out a LEGITIMATE PLAYER, AND REFUSED TO PAY HIM LEGITIMATE WINNINGS...however, to be honest, i dont expect to be typing up that thread anytime soon....

for example, what HTRC said is simply false but, since he (and others who think they know the truth) have more posts than me, they can just shout me down --- why would I spend my time volleying unfounded crap back and forth? I said that if this problem persisted for a couple more days, I would discuss it with RPM, and that way you could be assured that I wasn't passing out unfounded crap myself

at this point, only Royal and I know the full details --- if you want to let all these third parties chime in and pass along whatever they think they believe, I'll just leave and the average RX reader just won't find out the truth

for the majority of that time, I believed their excuses, so I didn't feel the no-pay clock ticking until recently
anyway, you can look at it like this: if I've waited two months, what's another 2 days? and if you knew the details, you'd know why 2 more days might make it all work out

in fact I haven't even asked for all that I believe they owe me --- because what I haven't yet mentioned is that they also cancelled a handful of winning bets using what I viewed as very dubious justification, but I'll let RPM judge whether that was justified
