take what j loq is posting with a grain of salt. its kind of odd that someone would be owed a few dimes for a month or more, and not JUMP on an opportunity to get help.
add to that, j loq is a new poster and the chances that this is someone posting bullshit due to an agenda increases.
i can tell you that i have NEVER had a problem getting payouts from royal. my last withdrawal from them was for 3 dimes.

because I want to give Royal the benefit of the doubt, get paid, and then come back here and say they paid
if I gave more details (or if you did), it'd be hard to show them the benefit of the doubt
example: I could say they feel the need to take "security measures", but then I'd have to point out that nobody's "security measures" take months to complete
example: I could say they justifiably need special approval for large payout, but then I'd have to mention that no book should delegate such responsibility to a guy who's incommunicado in a spider hole somewhere
but I'd prefer not to list more examples, and I'd prefer you not either
