that is exactly what I was told on the phone today.

I emailed pinnacle to transfer money to wwts, then I called wwts and a lady informed me that I could not make a withdrawl period, until I played 75% of my deposit.

I emailed pinny and canceled the transfer.

General, thanks for the help, but I have elected to play elsewhere.

Uh, is this normal? Im not talking bonus here.

They said If i deposited 10000 dollars I had to wager 7500 b4 I could make a withdrawl???

Holy Shiite!!!!
Please read my original post and pay attention to the word "IF". I said they told me "IF" I deposited there, I would have to play 75% before I could withdrawl any money irrespective of a bonus. so I came here to ask "IF" this was normal.

if I had not called I would have made a book to book transfer and found out about this policy after it was too late.

I cannot find this policy on their website anywhere.

General, either it was you or the guy at sportbookreview who wrote a post saying no money is safe at any book at any time.

You or he stated that unless you can handle losing that money than don't send it to any offshore book.

If it was not you and the guy at sportbookreview, I apologize for saying it was you and I will try to find his post.

General,

You stated this and I quote "Never have more money deposited in ANY Sportsbook than you can afford to have stolen from you today. If you will suffer financially with this money being stolen, then get it out NOW.

Good luck all" This was posted at this thread... http://forum2.therx.com/showthread.php?t=141866

How then do you say it is safe at WWTS?

You guys amaze me.

1. Why would you transfer money to WWTS that you weren't going to bet?

2. Why would ANY sportsbook pay transfer fees BOTH WAYS when a player isn't going to bet the money even once?

That has to be the most asinine complaint I have ever seen. I'm sure WWTS would pay you your balance at any time, if you payed transfer fees both ways. If you want a place to keep your money where you don't have to bet it, look for a bank, not a sportsbook.

Geeze... *rolls his eyes*

VIP requires a 1x roll before you can withdraw any amount. Or pay 3% fees for Neteller.

I am surprised that any book does a transfer to another book. Yet these books can't seem to come together for their own collective well-being and get a simple money transfer system or hire a lobbiest. (Maybe they have allready done the lobby part and I'm just not aware of it).

To transfer from one book to another is just asking too much (IMO) so I can't see getting involved in that to begin with. (It's hard enough to KNOW what going on with one book and to ask for transfers---could easily as in this case give them a chance to play games--down the road.)

ppl keep talking about just paying fees.

I wrote this post for one reason, to find out if it was normal to have your cash withheld until you played it.

Not talking about bonuses, and again not talking about paying fees.

What I wondered about was is it normal to not be able to access your cash until you wagered it. I was told NO withdrawl period, I was not told no free withdrawl, it was we keep your money until it is wagered.

I have to agree with you that this is a stupid policy on their part. If they won't process a withdrawal even if you are willing to eat the fees then they are in the wrong. It is your money and emergencies happen.

Holysmoke_I understand your point here and it is a good one for folks to be aware of. But-I'm just saying that transferring is not (IMO) a good idea.

Oh yeas--there might be a couple of pennies on a line here and there --but down the road---look the hell out.

Thanks for posting this.

What's With You Guys? The Man Is Saying W.w.t.s. Will Not Allow Him To Withdraw His Own Money. That's Outrageous! They Didn't Say He Could Get The Money If He Paid The Fees, They Apparently Said He Can't Touch It Until He Wagers 75% Of His Deposit. This Is Dead Wrong, He Should Be Able To Take His $ Out At Any Time For Any Reason. Major Warning Now On This Book.

I think there has been a little trouble in "paradise" for some time. You never see them respond to a negative post here.

Well aout time for the mod squad to transfer this to dispute dept.

I don't blame WWTS --EXCEPT FOR NOT HAVING A WRITTEN POLICY FOR THE PLAYERS>

I wouldn't go that far. WWTS is a proven shop where I would never worry about having money in, but this is a bad policy that people should know about.

Holysmoke,

Did you speak to a supervisor, or just a clerk? It may be that the clerk is not aware of the various possiblilites since they are not paid to think. Don't you think that's possible? It seems more likely than WWTS being in trouble or pulling shenanigans.

Bingo and if anyone here who is really concerned would just call the number I listed, they would be told exactly the reasons for this situation.

Not that Holy is laundering or a terrorist, but you see the point. If you arent betting, why is your money there? There needs to be a reason supplied, atleast for some companies.
