truth is i never heard back from simon noble as they said. Truth also is the initial complaint letter is being sent out tomorrow to australia. Its a dead issue to me now as i am now back with a book that knows how to treat its customers with respect. 7-1 since so maybe the change was worth it

Thanks for the update. I guess they really ARE like all the rest of the books. I was totally schocked with WSEX's (no reply) to me about the Insta Cash fee. One thing I think is that some, maybe just a few books have SO much business, they could care less. I doubt that I will exen post up with WSEX again. Hope you will stay around this forum. People DO APPRECIATE the facts in a case. But I think and you will probably agree, that you flew off the handle a bit much. Yet I totally UNDERSTAND your frustration and do believe in the principle. I loved Carib, for a long time. But several things caused me to stop playing there. I will say and still do that THEIR customer service in answering email was second to NONE! (So that's not one of the reasons, I left; Some of their policies and recent events upset me). Anyway--as for McIRISH, I think he was playing devil's advocate tosome extent. He doesn't seem to be a bad guy at all and it's understandable why he wrote what he did. I would not let that worry me. You were and still are in the RIGHT if what you wrote is true and I have no reason to doubt you at this point. But maybe you did come off Too strongly in language.

I'd send them a polite email asking when you can expect the CEO to contact you as was previously stated. Never hurts to see what he'll say, that is, if he ever contacts you.

As is typical of these disputes we don't know all the facts from both sides. If he is gambling for the amounts he stated and has been playing at the book a long time then, I seriously doubt he was taking a shot.But no matter what the players intent was, if the books records show he past posted a race they are not going to pay a winner. If the player can show that he has a record that shows he bet a race that had not gone off yet then we have a situation.

Do you have a record that shows you bet the correct race before it went off? Not looking for intent, show me a screen shot of your bet.

I recently tapped out on a 4K deposit at WWTS, but this thread is doing nothing to make me want to re-up.

As an aside, I don't know why anyone would place a horse bet anywhere but 5Dimes or Pinnacle. 5Dimes gives a 10% bonus on all winning Win and Exotic bets. Pinnacle gives a 7% rebate on all action.

I can back up Happy in his posting. I found the horse racing people at WWTS to be inept and more than once they graded a winning wager a loser, something that simply can't happen in my estimation. After hemming and hawing they changed the grades without so much as an apology....I will be flat out honest, I found the customer service both in email and on the phone to be very very weak. I keep hearing that they pay all the time. That's all well and good, but they also try to jew you on little things constantly. Happy is right, and the people who play at this book should be aware of that.

Sounds like poor help and/or poor training.

The only interaction I've had with them by email, has been faster than WSEX and fairly accurate. But I am disappointed that they don't have overnight basketball lines. If and when I get a payout--it better be by Neteller--the same way I deposited; no bs about must be a check , etc. (Someone here said that was how they sent the first payout, but I'm unclear if he deposited by Neteller or what)
