This is fucked I am stunned and I've become jaded to these sorta things in wrestling over the years but Chris was in a class by himself and just a class act.
He actually married another wrestler's (Kevin Sullivan) wife and there were really hard feelings about that between Sullivan and Benoit. I doubt it has anything to do with it, as it was a long time ago, but it's worth mentioning.

Way too many wrestlers passing on and way too young....what a cruel gig pro wrestling has become....although very entertaining, many of the wrestlers have many issues....RIP Chris...
A couple of guys, Sgt Slaughter most noticeable who did get fired for that in the mid 80's and a couple of guys were going to hold up WM2 to force Vince to agree to a union however word got back to Vince from Hogan and that quickly got stopped.
