I agree that there were some bad calls against Patriots backers. With that said, we tend to remember all the times that it happens against us and forget all the times that it happens in our favor. It's human nature. On a side note, this has happened more times than I can count when the Patriots play at home and get all the calls. Even if the fix really is in (which I don't personally believe), sometimes we are on the right side and sometimes the wrong side. We can't control it anyways so complaining about it is futile. It probably evens out over the course of many bets. Don't worry about it.
I.agree Brady, but I've been on some big wins where I'm.telling my friends I can't vievd the calls I received in the game to win.......my biggest fixed game wax Patriots vs Bills in 1998 when they took out instant replay that year.......
I think I would win a ton more money w/o instant replay.....anyway, I had the Pays -2.5 at home vs Bills, Pays on 4 & 16 passed it to the sidelines & the rdg came running down & yelled we will give to them, it was a 20 yard pass....LMAO! They showed the replay & the receivers feet were a solid 1.5 feet out of bounds........this game in itself told me the refs control the game big time, especially w/o video replay.
Anyway, the Patriots with like 10 seconds left threw it in the end zone & a PI call against the defense was called which clearly wasn't.
Then Pats run it in for atTD! Then the Bills were do pissed off, the whole team ran off the field & into the locker room......the Pats lunsd up for a 2 pt conv w/o the Bills playing defense, nobody on the other side & ran it in for 2 to cover every spread in america........it was the most insane game I've ever bet & had 3k on it.
I was at the OTB watching the game with abouth 30 people around me saying I was the luckiest SOB in the world........the fix was 100% definitely in IMO......and it was winner for me......I'm not the guy that just remembers the bad beats in loss, I remember the most f**led up beats I was on the right side of a win, & this Pats over Bills was the most insane game I've ever eon thanks to not having instant replay.
And the following year the NFL implemented instant replay because of this game.....
I hate instant replay to this day......& I wish they would get rid of it......because it slows down the game & the refs still screw up shit.
Bottom line, games can be controlled & often are, whether its the offensive/defensive coordinators......the refs w/o a doubt are involved & who knows who else is involved.
The only players I could ever see involved are Qbs for sure.........
