Going back to the note idea, why don't you just give it to a security guard or someone who works there? Ok, no way to know if she's going to get it...Unless there's a tip involved!! Or maybe there's a cleaning lady over 50 or somebody else you can sell the "old fashion romance" idea to help you out, and maybe get some info!!. People at work just love to hook their co-workers just to have some gossip going around, you could try to use it!
I have to agree with Angelle about the flowers being out of the question, and i'm not being bitchy, but flowers from a stranger can be flattering or REALLY scary... You don't want her thinking you're desperate!
