Both teams have great offenses, two of the best in the game. One team has arguably the GOAT at QB, inarguabley the man with the best post season record in the history of the game. The other QB was the league's best this year, but an unknown commodity on this stage. If any advantage is to be given, it has to be to TB12. He's been there, he's done it all, he's been at his best in the 4th quarter of these games. They will never be out of it, they'll never be scared.
One team has one of the best defenses in the league, the other team has one of the worst. the Patriots are especially effective in the red zone, they are the classic bend but don't break and they're the organization that perfected that defensive philosophy.
Both teams are well coached, one team has arguably the GOAT. You know BB is going to have an awesome game plan to slow down the Falcons offense and win the game.
Anybody can win this game, anyone who suggests otherwise is lying to themselves.
I think NE controls the ball and slows the game down. I think the Patriots will stop Atlanta a couple of more times than Atl stops NE, I think they'll hold them to 2 or 3 FG's in the red zone, I think that will be the difference.
I don't think it's going to be high scoring because of the Patriots game planning, I don't think they're going to try and win a shootout, but I don't bet totals because I don't tend to win totals.
