I don't get this. 1) each year the president is required to propose a budget, this isn't the first time he's done so, and 2) it's the responsibility of Congress to pass a budget.
Having said that, what's really ridiculous is the Senate hasn't passed a budget in 1,000 days, and Senator Reid says they won't do so agan this year. As for Obama's budget, while it does go for large deficit savings, there's a lot of problems with it. its surprising he's offering it this year (wasnt in 2012 proposal), it projects too high of economic growth, and the "war savings" is gimmicky as its already been accounted for.
