yes when I first signed up here 2 1/2 years ago i was suddenly getting a few payments from ESB out of the blue and thought they turned around. did not understand this place at all and posted what was happening for that 1 month period. I Helped the General get some cash for a guy he knew and then it dried up for me and everyone else. I have admitted to that. And many many many times posted the truth on ESB. No person on this board has lost more at ESB than me trust me Ive got a pending balance 3X the Krackman total that he has told us about...

General, do you mean they mail, flyers and advertisings out, that kind of thing? O r are you talking about getting your money through the mail? There are sending $12,567 to me. I hope there are no mail problems. Should I be wooried?

This guy Jake is the reason the U.S Gov't is trying to stop us from gambling online.

Sure come on over make a deposit.. I'll give you a 50 percent deposit just to try us out.. So you decide what the hell it's worth a shot. You play tons, and you win a little. Of course you want to cashout some of your profit. You try to cashout, and are told that you logged into the casino and now have to rollover your depo+ bonus 10 more times. OK.. Fine.. you really want to get your money out of there so you rollover your entire balance 10 more times like instructed. You put in a request to cashout.. But wait.. you can't cashout now says Jake.. Apparently you made a moneyline wager... Oh hell, you think.. Jake says you have to rollover your balance some more.. You are like oh hell no. So you take your a$$ to the RX in hopes of getting some of your money back. At that point Jake sends you a 20 page email with all of the terms and conditions of that bonus he so gratiously gave you. You come to an agreement that you have to rollover the balance just 3 more times with no restrictions to get your money... End of story..

Now onto the meat of this issue. First of all Jake can't just add ANY terms he wants to the bonus rules. He can't add illegal terms like "If I don't like you I'll never let you cashout" or "If your penis shrinks in the shower I can double the rollover requirement" He can't say that you have to rollover the balance 7 times and yet can't bet any moneylines.. Hell what if you are a soccer bettor? Sometimes all that is available are moneylines.

Jake's operation is bad for the sportsbook industry, period! The game he is playing is obvious. Basicly if you win you are screwed, but if you lose you are ok. It's like a catch 22. It is a win win situation for Jake.

Jake's policies give fire to our senators complaints regarding online gaming.

Here is the real kicker

*Clients must leave their deposit + bonus + fees amount in their account for 30 days from the date of their first play, and the account must remain active during that time frame.

That is about the most illegal term you could put in any kind of contract or agreement.. It basicly means that if your account gets closed even temporarily for any reason they can void both your winnings and the bonus. Hell I am sure slick Jake could pull a reason out of the thin air to freeze your account thus making it NON-ACTIVE.

My experience over 6 years is nothing but positive playing at Sportbet with Jake. Great software, great customer service(thanks Jake!), fast payouts, and problems handled in a fair manor by Jake.

Listen, the poster that started this thread is my brother. We both took Jake up on the "try us, you'll like us" offer. We hated this shitt book from day one. I lost and had nothing to worry about. But he consistently beat Jake and gave him plenty of action for over 4 months. Hell, he had to, since 90% of his bets didn't count towards rollover. No reason to ever try this book, so Jake gives out these $250 bonuses if you deposit $500. Everything Kornholio said can be verified by me. When Jake says "when a book ignores your e-mails, it's time to play somewhere else." So get the hell out of sportbet, according to Jake. I don't know if you are Jake's ghost, or just a shill, but you're full of shitt either way. when 90% of players there will agree, you have to ignore the shills. Shrink and Fishhead also said a few months ago that they wouldn't recommend Sportbet to their worst enemy. So your bonus whores/crooks comment has no merit. Give it a rest.

How do you figure that "bonus whoring" and "honestly trying the book" are different assassin? They're one and the same; if Jake and his fellow slime don't like being targeted for the bonus they shouldn't offer 50%. If they offer it then they should back it up regardless of the player's intentions.

they sportbet has given me my most positive offshore experience of any book over the past 10 months. the guys Ive sent over are also winning and getting paid fast (withing an hour via neteller). not a single hassle, not a single thing that would make you scratch your head.
