I'm not a fan of Tiger but I love it when he's in the hunt. It is like rooting against the Yankees.

There is a tiger lurking at the masters. Dnt choke Rory. If we can get tiger and rory in the last group Sunday, rory will blow up after the mouth he runs.

Tiger is the only one that has been choking recently,Have you checked his weekend play. Can we revisit the 09 PGA too while we are at it ?

Tommy Watson would be nice! I shed a tear or two when he choked the British Open away in 2009.

I laid around -850 on Tiger not to win and I'm still confident; lately he's shown the ability to shoot one great round but that won't get it done. He still needs to make up three shots.

I got half a foot in my mouth, will it go ll the way in, or all the way out.

Not a fan (the hell you say Bill, you aren't?) but that was a very impressive back nine.

Since I can be an annoying so and so at times (the hell you say, not you Bill?) if Tiger does the improbable, and win this thing, I'll be right here taking anything you Tiger fans wish to shovel on me.

Yes, lets just not get a head of ourselves. If these guys really believed, they wouldn't be worried about Rory choking, Tiger would be taking care of his own business. Fact is, maybe I am wrong, Tiger had the lead in final round last year, how did that work out for him ?

i appreciate you saying that bill. you sir, are a man. i appreciate the humility and if tiger shoots 78 tomorrow, you can expect the same from me. the rest are stilll incredibly stupid.

and to the guy that supposdly laid 850 to win 100, you are beyond stupid, even though i dont believe you made that bet. where is the value

i admit rory has played beyond well. and if tiger tracks him down and wins, it could ruin his career like it has many others.

He put himself in a position to shut up (me included) a lot of nay sayers, and make his backers look real good.

tiger got the lead on the back 9's last year, on sunday on all the par 5's. it was a backdoor cover if you will, in golf. this year the difference is its playing out exactly like he wants it from the begininning

i only have 50 on him. i have jason day and ricky barnes to win as well.... and a few others that prob wont have a shot come sunday....jason day basically did today exactly what rory did thursday. the advantage is def in tigers corner if this course plays faster and the greens quit holding when the ball gets hit in the wrong spot

The guy put together a back nine that made my jaw drop.
Like he was saying "here Bill, have another birdie"

I'm not sure what your referring to here about backdoor covers, I'm just saying that Tiger had the lead on Sunday last year and didn't deliver.

With all the young talent coming up fast in the game paired with Tiger and Phil. These next couple years could be the best golf ever. I am looking forward to watching it. Left Augusta about 6:30 today and all the buzz was about Tiger. This is great for golf. There will be a couple around E to -2 that will make big moves. As with that there will be some that fall considerably. The winner will probably be around 15 under. The course is in better shape than I have seen in years. Kudos to Augusta National...once again. I think Tiger has a great shot to win this, but as another poster stated he was a couple breaks from being the other way. I look for him to slide a little, but he will be in the hunt come Sunday. As a huge Phil fan (lefty here myself) tomorrow will be his day to make the move. If he can post around a 67 he will be on his game come Sunday. Mark that down. Word.

I'm the one who laid -850 sh*thead; of course there's no value now but I didn't make the bet now, I made it weeks ago when there was value. Regardless of what happens this week, after fading Tiger for over a year I'm still going to be up a decent amount of cash. You do understand that gambling isn't about winning every single time (which is impossible) but rather being ahead in the long run don't you moron? If Tiger does win, I'll most likely be back on the fade train in his next tournament, given the presumed flood of money which will be put on him by idiots whom have been betting on him ever since he returned and have been getting crushed. Don't get too caught up in your crowing though; he still hasn't won yet.

So you didnt think Tiger could contend at the Masters? Are you kidding me?? Dude, this is the course where Tiger proofing had to begin. Dude he could play blindfolded here and beat half th field.

Dude, he has won 14 majors in his caeer....4 green jackets one of the came by 12 strokes....you better hedge and better hedge fast
