Well man it's just dumb to think that way. Push Native Americans off their homeland, give them cold desolate lands (Not a lot of business potential), discriminate for almost 2 centuries. In short Natives are a tight knit bunch, many living on reservations and have continue to have trust issues. Add in the fact that natives genetically suffer from more diseases such as diabetes and heart disease, it all adds up into alcoholism. It's just not a simple as they have nothing better to do. I do think the casino reservations could do a lot more for their communities such as rehab centers and youth preventative measures but that's a whole new can of worms.
