Defensive?

While I am not advocating usage of recreational drugs to minors, is it not “offensive” for a society/culture, which incarcerates its self for selling or using grass? How can an intellectual society/culture justify such actions?

Facts are...marijuana is far less dangerous than most of the prescription drugs "legally" presubscribed today by professionals "practicing" the cultural art of curing social ills with side-affect producing medications.

Is it not time we end the unjustified social/cultural drug hypocrisy?

Huh? Should we legalize mushrooms and opium too ... afterall, they're natural too? How about we sell venom as a chaser while we're at it??/
This makes zero sense to me as a "justification" of legalizing pot.

Indeed, so I suggest (as is already the case in some states) that we allow the usage of marijuana ONLY with a precription.

Gear was legal as far as i know until the end of prohibition of alcohol in the USA.

Something had to be done with the offices and alcohol prohibition facilities so the demonisation of puff was what some drunk ass came up with.

Who needs incarceration for selling or using grass?

Certainly, grass should immediately be decriminalized.
