However, since they are imaginary, I can't say I'm as worried as you are about how such relationships will destablize society.

I'm far more interested in the hundreds of thousands of real people who are actively seeking to legally be married as couples only. And those relationships are no threat whatsoever to society. In fact, giving them correct legal status will in fact improve our society.

So I'll keep working on ending discrimination against same sex COUPLES and you keep on working to make sure cats and dogs don't start marrying their human owners and we'll both know we made a key contribution to the world.

Good thing the great men who wrote the constitution had a different view on the Bible. Read the letters between Jefferson and Madison and see what they thought of the Bible.
