Well in Florida we are deffinately hotter than the the north USA and we are hotter than Costa Rica at this time of the year too, but at this time we blasts our AC'S. So we are hotter and cooler at the sametime, but then when our AC's break we are just plain hotter than the yanks period. Now we all know in street talk. No one is hotter than Plies, but at the same time he steal has so much ice on and used to sell the local ice cream. How does he do it, Plies or just Florida period. Must be the hottest and the coolest in the whole world at the same time and you know this yanks. Go Rays!!!
