Joe Namath and its not even close.

He threw more INT's (220) then TD's (173). Had a career passer rating of 65.5 and only completed 50.1% of his passes!!!!

By far the most overrated QB hell IMO he is the most overrated athlete of all time

Dan Marino...The big puussy never in his fucken life showed up when it counted....His early career stats are padded by the fact he had 3 great wide receivers in Mark Duper, Mark Clayton and Nat Moore..Many people dont look at the fact he played behind the greatest offensive lineman in NFL history..If you isolated on Dwight Stephenson on play after play he destroyed his opponent..

I was at a Monday night game when I saw dolphin tight end Bruce Hardy drop a pass...It was intercepted..when Dwight tried to make the tackle it was either NY Jet Marty Lyon or Joe klecko that destroyed his knee and his career in an instant..

Dan Marino`s career was never the same since Dwight stephenson got hurt..The Marks Bros padded his stats along with jim Jensen`s precise routes, coconut head Tony Nathans above average receiving out of the backfield..a game plan tailor made to his game..and a series of good hands tight ends like Bruce Hardy and Joe Rose..

Marino was never a big game QB..He takes my most overated award along with ZERO Superbowl titles..

I disagree about Namath..He was great..During 90% of his career the Jets hade fucken nothing to compliment him..And I watched most his games..He was a freakin cripple half way through his career and a shell of himself when he was a Ram at the end..Least he won a fucken Super Bowl unlike dan the puss

This may make some people unhappy but currently imo the most overrated is Tony Romo until he wins a playoff game. He probably has the most offensive talent around him in the league.

you are from minnesota though so you wouldn't know what a great QB is

Let me count the ways he is over rated. A bunch of comeback victories...maybe if he was so great he wouldn't have been behind in the first place. Probably the most over rated stat to ever judge a qb's ability. Just beat the other team in the first three quarters and you don't have to come from behind.

Wins the superbowl when he basically handed the ball off all game to terrel Davis...hmmm wait he did complete 12 passes in his superbowl win.....there is a sign of greatness. The games his team needed him in the superbowl when the were behind he got smoked!!!!

Completed a very unimpressive 56% of his passes in his career

Oh boy he had 300 td's but don't forget the 226 int's

Career passer rating of 79, wow that is pretty impressive....not

can you say over rated....come on say it with me over rated

Now look at a great qb so you get the idea:

64% completion percentage
96.8 career qb rating
232 td's and just 107 int

Steve Young of San Fran (I always like Joe Montana as a QB bit Young's stats are actually better)

Name calling is a real mature way of responding to a frigging opinion. This is not about me being a Philly fan. I happen to think Dallas is the best team in the NFC East. Now, as far as Romo. Sorry, I make you sick but you know it as well as I do. Every and anyone associated with the NFL thinks Romo is the greatest QB playing. You said it yourself, he has only played two seasons but everyone has built him up so much already. Relax and take off the Dallas Cowboy sunglasses you just might see where I am coming from.

By the way, I am an Eagles fan. However, I also a big fan of both Owens and especially Barber. I love the way Barber plays football. He just punishes defensive players and it's great to watch. Anyway, this does seem a bit ridiculous arguing this since there are more important things to worry about like the financial stability of this once great country. Sorry, if I pissed you or anyone else off. That was not my intent. Good luck to you and whatever team you root for.
