I personally know a few people in the categories mentioned above who are STRUGGLING and have spoken to me in tears. With that being said, more of them support our current president than our past one.

Your wife is a teacher so i dont see her making more than 50k. That means you are making 150k. But no need to talk about personal financial situation
How about most young people in general (depending on how long this shutdown goes on). Most have considerably less net worth than those of us over 50. Many living check to check. Unemployment is not going to make up for their weekly check and the stimulus is nothing more than a stop gap. If this thing extends into June/July, how many of them will be evicted from their dwellings?
