Krackman lists only a small portion of the wisdom that has either fled or became scarce, it is immense, I stay in contact with a few names on that list and for the most part the folks i speak to want no part of forums.
The forums were allowed to degenerate, the posters realized the ROI on posting is negative, his best list would've been average not more then two years ago and at this rate, just imagine what it will look like two years from now?
I measure by how much money did they put in my pocket and for the most part, almost all of that is now done out of the public's eye. I credit these places for enabling great networking, but the days of great info. just appearing on a board seem long ago and far away.
For the most part I like Nover's stuff, been reading it for a long time, and it seemed uncharacteristic of his work to promote cheap shots, I try to find something redeeming in everyone that posts, stalkers and ne'er do wells aside, so should everyone else.
