I've just received a curtious e-mail from our Leader Wilheim explaining that I am free to post in the Offshore Forum provided I refrain from attacking posters. I have come to realise that as Santo described perfectly, Worse things are said down the Pub on a Friday night between good Friends in Britain and Ireland, Posters from the other side of the Pond may not be so thick skinned. Therefore not only do I promise it will not happen again but I apologise to those who felt victimised.

In return for being allowed back in the Offshore Forum I promised to reveal some of the tricks I've picked up along the way and one of the biggest mistakes People make time and time again is putting raw Potatoes straight into the Oven when roasting. The trick is to boil them for 5 Minutes, drain and let steam in the pan for a further 10 minutes. Then give a robust shake to the pan and empty into the roasting dish containing plenty of hot oil, quickly baste and sprinkle with lots of Sea Salt which will crisp them up more than usual.

This may sound pointless but its performances like this that may open previously shut lines to betting cash that the Wife controls.
