for the gonzaga game---didnt uconn have to beat them in OT??

didnt michah downs, heyvlett, bouldin and daye all foul out????

ND showed their true colors, as for the case for average teams in their conferences in miami and wisconsin.

WVU & Ville = impressive wins for they are good teams with some trees that can throw guys at the big man and adrien.

Cuse- nothing more than a good team. I love Flynn but Devendorf is a huge liability turning the ball over the way he does and noone else stands out to me on the team.

These teams were ranked at the time.
UCONN beat
#17 Miami
#25 Wisconsin
#8 Gonzaga
#25 West Virgina
#20 Villanova
#19 Notre Dame
#7 Louisville
#23 Syracuse

All those teams are going dancing, and throw in Michigan, that's nine tourney teams they beat.

Rankings ?lol Rankings mean nothing. Miami is terrible, Wisc terrible, ND TERRIBLE. Decent wins Zaga, Wvu, Cuse,Nova. Really doesn't seem to impressive to me.

Pitino said it, and I've noted it in the past, the teams with at least two, and ideally three, future NBA players will advance the deepest.

not always. lost my azz on KU (think 1997-98) with a team of Paul Pierce, Scot Pollard, Raef LaFrentz, and Jacque Vaughn.

hmmm nba scouts disagree and i somehow doubt you are one...

also have you ever posted anything positive?

Pretty much a fact that nobody on Gonzaga will do anything in the nba. Couple players might ride the bench but none will do anything. I realize this is hard for you to believe since your team is Gonzaga but its just reality. You view these posts as negative but they are just being realistic. Oh yeah and I posted something positive yesterday.

I don't think pargo and bouldin will do much in the nba but i really like Daye's chances (remember he's a soph) and heytvelt's as well...

I'm glad none of the bile you spew is fact

I think the following teams in the West have equal chances =30%: Uconn, Mizzou, Purdue, Memphis, Washington

This is pretty funny. I agree that it is wide open but it's impossible for 5 teams to have a 30% chance of reaching the final four. Just bustin your balls

UConn's NBA Talent

Thabeet, AJ & possibly Robinson
A player nobody mentioned, Kimba Walker
Not Adrien

Pitt, Young & Blair. As many have pointed out, not Fields

9-3 vs teams dancing, 1-2 vs one seeds, 8-1 vs all other seeds

4-3 vs teams projected to reach the Sweet Sixteen

not many teams have done more, just keep hating away. Using your type of weak ass arguments, one can argue only 5 teams reach the Sweet Sixteen and only two reach the FF.

Tell me hater, which team from the West has more impressive victories?

LOL

You are not pointing out anything. You are throwing some useless opinion out as fact with nothing to back it up.

Do you think AJ Price is going to tear his ACL within the first 10 minutes of the first game? If he does, they're not going anywhere, you're correct.

Do you know that's Jimmy's only first round loss at UConn? that he only has something like 3 second round losses? that he's something like 40-14 in the dance? That he's been to the Elite Eight 7 or 8 times? That UConn has the 2nd best seed vs win record in the tournament since he's been there?

You specifically said UConn hasn't done anything and their resume doesn't impress you. So I asked a simple question, who out west has a better resume? How many teams in the country have a better resume?

I know the answer, thus I know you'll avoid the question like the plague. ZERO teams out west, and you can argue that 5 teams nationally have done more against the best of the best. That makes UConn's resume pretty impressive.

That doesn't mean they're going to win the west, but it does render your argument worthless.
