Thanks I already booked it with TI.

The site was pretty helpful and pretty much confrimed what I wanted, Caesars or Mirage when I ran the settings.

I want to bet NFL futures so I have an excuse to go back and have it all paid for.

Sounds like you made a good choice. Treasure Island itself is pretty boring these days, and you'll probably have to deal with more kids and families than you want, but the location is excellent. You can get to any of the major Strip sports-betting casinos in just a few minutes.

There's also a good safety-net casino really close to there. If you need to find some low-dollar gambling, head across the street to Casino Royale. You can find cheap tables in there, including a $1 craps table (that's perpetually packed). It's a good place to milk your gambling budget if you hit a bad streak.

The Strat is a run-down hotel and it's way out of the way if you don't have a car. I will never stay there again. There are plenty of better hotels in Vegas that have deals that are just as cheap.

Like TI.

Honestly I liked gambling at Casears "pussy cat dolls" and the Palms the best. Not too expensive, I think 10 or 15 minnimums but a decent crowd in there and some bigger tables. I couldn't gamble at one of this shit hole hotels.

I didn't like the inside layout of the Paris or NY NY, I don't know, I wouldn't want to gamble there.

See I wasn't going to book Treasure Island for kids/families but somebody said they tried to make the place more sexual and posted the bitches. If I see some kids screaming I am opening my door and throwing a beer bottle at them.

C-Gold.....TI sucks.

Belligio is over-rated IMO, Mirage is ok.

If you are looking for a bangin' pool scene, stay at the HR.

You will be dissapointed with TI.

If you are young(20-30's) HR is a must expierence. Short walk to the strip, well, short for some

I would not advise walking from the Hard Rock to the Strip. It's a pretty long way and the neighborhoods aren't the greatest. Spring for a cab ride.

The Hard Rock pool is Douchebag Central -- I think there's a dress code for guys that requires hair gel, body spray and armband tattoos -- but, you're right, bigbet, the female scenery is unbelievable. It's where a lot of commuter-strippers stay. The girls fly in from San Diego, Los Angeles, Phoenix, work the Vegas titty bars on weekends then go home with more money for two days than I make in a week.

Maybe I should have went with the Mirage. Ahhh fuck it. A room is a place to sleep.

Yeah I plan on going to rehab on Sunday. I don't know why I didn't go there last time I went to Vegas.

You'll be fine at Treasure Island. If there happen to be a lot of families when you're there, just do your drinking and gambling at one of the neighboring places. Keep a nice pleasant buzz going and the kids won't bug you at all.

I was thinking of doing the drinking and gambling at other places anyway, that's why I went for the cheaper place.

To tell you the truth, I'm not really a day time drinker. I know that isn't cool with most here, but I guess I'll do it at rehab but I day time drink about once per year.

I'm more a drink, chug, get crazy, get stupid, eat some greese and pass the fuck out. If I'm with a girl substitute eat some greese for her to drink my greese.

I think I'd rather gamble at Caesars anyway.

Do you think my room key from last year will work and get me prefferential treatment at club Pure or do they change the face of the key cards?

M Resort 9 miles off strip is a great place. I dont know whether its N or S of the strip but the Mandalay Bay is the closest strip hotel to this resort.

Hat I just posted people were saying TI was good for the money.

I went last year and the Pirate show still looked weak. They had some girls but it looked like a disney movie gone bad.

WHY do you keep on putting so much emphasis on the Pirate show? You're talking about something that lasts about 15 minutes, and you probably won't watch again. Worry about more of the things you ARE going to do, like sit out by the pool and go to clubs. TI is very nice so stay there for the right price and show ticlets to boot.

Then you better research some good Futures bets.. Pats and Eagles to win SB is where I would start

Best thing about hanging out at HR, both in terms of the pool and the casino floor, is the fact that good tunes are playing.

That (to me) is very important.

I used to have a couple of these ladies at my apartment complex here in California. It kind of surprised me when I heard them talk about flying to Vegas every weekend. One of them used to walk around the complex with half her ass hanging out.

I'm like SS. I like some good tunes rocking the casino which also has some fine ladies walking around. Compare that with other casinos with all the old people hanging around.
