Meche, who has been a solid starter since joining the Royals last season, has been sensational as of late. He is 3-0 in his last three starts with a 1.33 ERA and is 6-1 in his last 10 overall.

In his last start, a road triumph against the Oakland Athletics, Meche
lasted seven innings, relinquishing just five hits and striking out eight. He is 4-4 and has 4.68 ERA at home this season and is 4-2 with a 3.69 career-ERA against the Boston Red Sox.

The Royals are 5-0 in Meche's
last five starts and are 6-2 in their last eight home games against Boston.

Royals won six of their last seven games.

KC is on a mini run and has one of their top pitcher's facing a pitcher for
Boston that has struggled on the road. KC has a great chance tonight to win, but no way are they a lock.

I love when people say this stuff. The Royals just beat the Chi Sox by over 10 runs yesterday, and they were the best team in the league in interleague play. They aren't a bad team.

Yea I know what you mean. People just don't know shit. The Royals pummeled the White Sox yesterday and that guys softball team can beat the Royals. HA :lol:
