physicallyh---2 come to mind. pulled a muscle in the chest . thought a truck was sitting over my heart.
thought i was having heart attack.

Last week i had a relatively minor problem in that area, pain there when breathing
deeply, leaning over, etc. Doctor put me on some Advil for inflammation.

2--being constipated from taking pain pills and having to pass
excrement like a bowling ball through my anus.

A few months ago had a similar experience. I must have been sitting
on the can for an hour. The thing wouldn't come out or go back in.
Now i take 4 spoons of metamucil once daily & pass in about 2 secs
every time.

women deserve props for giving babies. not sure any guy could endure
that kind of pain.

That can be terribly rough. I was there once for a delivery. BTW i've read
it can be similar to kidney or gall stones.

I'll say.

Do the math, you got a 7 1/2 pound human getting squeezed out through that narrow passage.

Major kudos to all the moms.

Kidney Stones

Ridiculous

I have broken both ankles at once in a football game....got clipped
I have been shot
I have had knee surgery
I have had multiple broken bones....all not at once

My kidney stones make all those look like chocolate ice cream. The pain is so intense and so continues that I can not even get out of the fetal position when one is passing. I now have 2 in the left kidney and 1 in the right. My body just keeps making em! Oh by the way I have had surgery 2x for them. Once they got one out through my penis hole and once they broke it up with sound waves. I just keep making em!

I was also playing basketball one time and a guy was guarding me that obviously had no clue what he was doing. I went to my left and all of the sudden he jabbed me in the left eye with his finger. I have no idea why his finger was near my eye but the other guys could see the blood running down my hand as I had it covered.

I ran to the clinic (next door) with a pair of shorts on and no shirt and they told me they could not handle it there and to immediately go to to an optometrist. The doctor treated me and made me wear a patch like a pirate for a week or so.

What's a pirate's favorite restaurant? ARRRRRRBYS.

Trust me dudes. I've watched this happen 3 times in real time and it's not pretty. When you're in pain watching it you know it hurts. Big ups to my wife for that pain.

tib/fib fracture was rough and lasted a long time, but for short burst of pain would have to be the time i drained an infected finger myself.

Living in the Northwest and watching, listening and following the Seattle Mariners this past season.
Just brutal pain. Some Doctors or medical professionals would argue that the Jail Blazers was much
more excrutiating and painful to watch, follow, and listen to. But I'm not so sure...........................

Ruptured 2 disks in lower back. 8 days in the hospital. 3 months out of work. 6 months in rehab. That level of pain is just Unbelieveable.

Other stuff - had my toenail ripped off my big toe (talk about a ton of blood), broken pinky toe left side about 4 times now, and I've broken all of my fingers at different points in time, no broken thumbs but did rip all the muscles and tissue area where your thumb meets the palm ofyour hand - was so bad i had to have reconstructive surgery on it about 6 months after it happened - had a cast on my hand for about 14 months, but none of that could compare with the disks rupturing.

Hemmeroids...about 25 years ago. When they first started one night, I thought it was temporary and made it through the night. The next day it got worse and I looked at my face in the mirror..I was white as a ghost. Next in line was an overdose of 'red hot' for a deep thigh bruise. I put some on and waited about 20 minutes, nothing happened, and thought to myself 'this shit is lame'...so I put some more on...soon I thought my leg was on fire. I was in a hotel room and decided to take a quick bath to get it off...it made it about 5 times worse. My only other remedy was rush to the nearest convient store and drank a 6-pack in about 5 minutes. Wasn't much of a beer drinker then and I passed out...woke up the next morning and was fine.

Where shall I begin. In my short 28 years I seemed to have a couple bad spills. When i was 8 I was on a swingset in my backyard. The one that two people swing on( face to face) it was plastic and had been weathered. It cracked and ended up cutting my balls. I had on spiderman underwear that turned all red. Twenty stitches later( 1989 stitches they weren't the dissolving kind either) . The worst of the pain was when I had to go back to the doctor and get the stitches removed. a couple years later compound fracture that made my left arm look like a u. Bone was against my skin Trying to come out. At age 12 I got to close to an explosion and burnt my face badly. Not to mention i had no eyebrows, eye lashes and I looked like just came out of a looney tunes cartoon. At 16 I was playing on a basketball court that was about 8 1/2 feet. I went up to dunk and when I came down, the net which wAs Velcro had metal hooks caught my nostril and ripped my nose in half. Half of my nostrill was hanging to the side. Another 15 stitches to my nose. A plastic surgeon had to operate on me. Luckily they were dissolving this time lol. Still the tip of your nose is one of the most sensitive parts of your body. At 19 a drunk driver ran me into a telephone pole. I had a 1992 pontiac grandam with no air bags. My chest bent the steering wheel to the dashboard. They cut me out the car and medivac me to the hospital. I had a hole in my lung and almost broke my neck. Thank god for safety belts. He had a boc of 1.9 At 3:30 in the afternoon. Took like 2 months to recover. Thank God I'm still alive.

Kidney stones seems to be recurring in this thread. While I was laid up in the hospital this year with a busted hip, the guy sharing my room was in for kidney stones. We were two F'd up dudes just moaning in pain for days. I doubt I will ever bust my hip again, but kidney stones .. who's to say? I eat a lot of sodium... maybe time to peel back on that.
