2 whole eggs , 4 egg whites with onion, tomato , red and orange sweet bell peppers , cheese , and some turkey bacon. Then on my way out the door one of those Fiber-One bars and a banana protein shake.

How do you guys have time to actually make and eat these large breakfasts? too much of a pain in the ass... a good breakfast happens on the weekends (and that's only sometimes).

I cut up all my peppers and onions and what not days in advance , just get up crack and egg throw it all in , put it on low heat, jump shower and flip when i get out. Turkey bacon is all cooked just stored in fridge , throw it in the microwave. I got it down to a science where making my breakfast doesn't really take to much time at all. Takes more time to eat it then prepare it. @):)

Exactly. Routine is a major time saver.

I used to think it took to much time , I would just normally hit up tim hortons for a coffee and 2 Cinnamon Raisin Bagels with butter. Mc dic's for lunch , and maybe if im lucky the woman would have made some Pork chops / steak with patatos for dinner. That was the normal for about 3 years I went from 165 lbs to 215 in that time. Over the last 8 months started eating right again , back down to 170-175 and loving it. Im only 5 10 so 175 is mean for me haha

I don't eat breakfast first thing after waking up and by eating a bigger breakfast it means I can wait longer until I'm hungry for lunch.

wow, so we didn't have Denny's back in beantown - there were a few outside the city, but not close enough that i ever traveled out there. biscuits & gravy was so good this morning! i used to make it myself, but you have to watch it to make it well (at least I think so).

normally I'll make a sandwich for breakfast /w eggs, bacon, cheese and mayo (yea, i'm a fat bastard). as said above, easy to make if you get into a routine - i make it in one pan as washing dishes is the biggest barrier for me.

i'll keep saying it over and over: the Rx is alienating 1/10 possible users every time they let this shit linger. every f'ing month we have to read this bullshit. i stay out of the cerial forum with the sole intention of not getting upset while on this site. Having said that I love me some eggs and bacon.
