I make fried rice with chopped up bacon and eggs plus all the celery onions water-chestnuts bell-pepper and mushrooms.

Never met anyone that didn't like it.

If I wasn't a health nut it would be Breakfast burittos and french toast.

Otherwise I throw in some orange juice, fruit, oats, yogurt, and protein powder in a blender and its delicious.

You guys have some serious metabolism. If I ate some of these meals on a daily basis, I would be quite obese.

Once in a while I will grab a real breakfast meal. But I could not do it on a regular basis.
