Sorry for the confusion. I have on past posts encouraged proper diets, products and working out.

Just trying to motivate the boys to eat less crap and look better.

"Supersize Me" was a bit unrealistic in that he ate McDonalds 3 meals a day every day, always supersized when asked and NEVER drank a diet soft drink, only the king size sugared soft drinks that have, I'm guessing, the equivalent of at least 10 teaspoons of sugar in each one. Nonetheless, having said all that, within 2 weeks after starting the McDonalds "diet", his liver chemistry was already in bad shape (but recoverable), not to mention the weight gain. That's what scares me about eating that crap (though I do once in a while).

i havent seen it yet kabb but i agree that is a tad unrealistic

there are several times ive had a supersized meal and not wanted to eat the rest of the day

he was force feeding himself a lot, however to bring a true reflection of the obesity the FF industry has brought on, i think that was neccesary

his story would most likely be similar if he had say just two mcdonalds meals a day, it just wouldnt be as dramatic.

Eating fast food everyday is the same as smoking and drinking everyday. Just a different drug, but over time it will make you just as sick and miserable...and dead. I remember in Supersize me they talked about how the McD's bigwigs refer to their customers as "users".

i cant decide. i ate a boca spicky chicken patty like 2 hours ago since it takes 1 minute to microwave and for the bread to toast bout the same time. i am lazy and drinking beer so ill probably just do that again.

all this use oven and boiling stuff is too involving and the only other microwave food i have is pot pies & misc stuff like hot pockets, and i am pot pied out to the hilt right now.

i could order out, but the whole reason for stocking up is so you dont buy all that high priced, high sodium and high fat order out stuff.

i could call a chic and eat out, but women really discust me for the time being. i feel real pure as a man knowing my prioritys are to drink beer, chat on the RX, gamble and thrash new video games.
