general, if you keep doing this you will pay the price bro. its too tough to stop junk food "cold turkey". i recommend giving yourself one or two days a week to eat that crap. the rest of the time, eat reasonably healthy, home-cooked meals.

i'd hate to see you die early and deprive us of your insight.

I never thought I would make it this far blue. Each new day is a blessing.

When I go, just remember, I am ready. Don't feel sad. Rejoice with me, because hopefully i am in a better place. And BTW, I have yet to read Luke, but I have it here beside me and plan to do so at your recommendation.

what are you waiting for bro? just read two chapters a day. take it into the crapper and leave it in there. or, be disciplined and read a chapter before you allow yourself to sign on here in the morning...

NOT sure

either Togo's (#8 - turkey, roast beef and cheese or #9 hot pastrami) or Green Burrito or some Asian "fast food" kind of place.

i am atCal State Fullerton now because i didn't feel like dealing with the crap traffic i knew i'd face coming up later for the game and the Studet Union has all these choices to eat

probably gonna go with Togo's - which KICKS Subway's A*S! Togo's RULES - Subway SUCKS!

they are edible - but not my 1st choice. i am also MAD at them for eliminating the "stamps" program - i had 1 card all filled and only needed to buy 1 more footlong to fill a 2nd card and get a free sandwich - and they said because there was too much fraud supposedly going on with this program they eliminated it and all stamps are void ASAP! F*ck them then! Togo's is MUCH better

Just got back from dinner ...

I had a dinner salad with creamy italian dressing, veal marsala with pasta in a rich and creamy alfredo sauce ... also had a cup of corn and crab bisque ... and for dessert, a double chocolate mousse cake ... a very light meal, but on the brighter side, I did take home over half of it ...

My wife had 2 of the biggest lump crab cakes I have ever seen ... She only ate a 1/4 of them, so for lunch tomorrow, I'm eating them.

Tomorrow night, it's boiled crawfish, corn, potatoes, and sausage.

General, you remind me of myself so much. Spiritually, same place. Overweight, but just can't make myself care. Death? Welcoming it. Another day, another dollar. And then it will end.

so i am at the Togo's at CSUF and they tell me all they have left (about 6:15P) is sourdough bread - NOT in a roll - but normal bread - so i pass on that

i head to the asian place and get a 2-item combo - and i want white/steamed rice - but guess what - they are out of THAT, too - so i get some lo mein and fried rice - which means i have to pick each and every pea out of it - for i HATE peas!

other than that.....

friday and sunday i have to ref basketball games until late at night so when i will get to eat is beyond me, saturday i am at the fullerton game, monday i have a ref's clinic and tuesday i have more games at night so the next time i will be home for dinner is wednesday - maybe

have you guys seen "super-size me"? that'll put you off mcdonalds for a good while.

True.

I haven't had a Big Mac in years. It keeps me thin and ripped.

But, I must say...when I go back to the states, I try to eat as many Philly Cheesesteaks and In and Out Double Double Animal burgers as possible.

Anyway, tonight I am going to bbq some salmon with Toshida sauce.
