If only 1 team or neither team makes the playoffs best regular season wins 200. If both teams make the playoffs bet is a tie. 2x for 400 on team that goes the farthest.
If both teams get eliminated in the same round round it's a push regardless of record.

If they play each other head to head in the playoffs add another 100 for the winner for 500
