I realize that it is decided by EC Votes rather than popular vote, and as we saw in 2016 and 2000, the two don't always match.
But this year as I see it, the Election took place over four weeks ago, Biden has a commanding lead in the EC Votes 306-232 and won in the popular
vote by seven million votes.
In addition Trump has failed has/had thrown out in every single lawsuit except one to make any progress.
Thus as I see it, it is going to take a lot more than some alleged ballots shown in a video to get any state or the SCOTUS to overturn the results at this late
juncture.
As the old saying goes, I will believe it if and when I see it!
