Adding I pay insurance and taxes on my own.

So a good day at work will pay the whole mortgage.

33% but I switched to accelerated rate to take advantage of the low interest rates. Plus I live in the GTA where the average detached home is worth over a million.

33% but I'm also single. When I was married it was less than 10%

I'm in Burlington, or it would also be 33%. Pay weekly as well.

Is this a thread for Justin cruise to pull a humble brag?

I am currently looking for a house/ condo and want my payment very low where it isn’t even a case of what I qualify for. I want it where if I need unemployment I can still pay it.

Will eventually be there too, or Hamilton. My plan for early retirement. Sell this expensive place, move west or north (Barrie Innisfil) Way more bang for your buck.

I average about 10k profit a month in gambling victories as I hit 60% and my mortgage is 10k a month so I would say 100%

1) You make 10K a month gambling?
2) Your mortgage is 10K a month?

What am I missing here?

You work in finance and don't refer out clients or run break evens on home financing? You do corporate finance?

Who gives a fuck. He’s a 40 year old virgin living in his parents basement hanging out on a betting forum all day and DOESNT bet. Y’all are forreal answering him about this shit? Wow. The guy says he is a mother fucking CEO of a company, but he cares more about the posters here than he does about his imaginary employees. Such a fraud this piece of shit is.
