Honestly, I truly have no idea what this is worth? I need some no nonsense advice and best educated guess on what this is worth.

I called them to inform them that they have a Rat infested restaurant....They said, they don't have rats....So you know what Mcdonalds, f you.....The tape will hit the news if they do not want to take this seriously.
If you were the owner, would you not want to at least see the tape? I have already contacted corporate, and they are calling the owner. I am just waiting to here from him.
