Easy! I wish I had been a ticket scalper. I had no idea you could meet so many celebs and athletes and live the Country club life. What a GIG!! Stand outside a stadium for a couple of hours and then it's off to the yacht for crab dip and Dom

If $$ were not the consideration. Trout fishing in Montana. I live in Mn. and teachers don`t make anywhere near the figures quoted by someone, Hi School 60 or 70 K a yr no way, and we have some of the top 3 or 4 highest test scores in the country. But yes a good portion of them do have an altruistic outlook. My Daughter has a PHD, and she spends half her free time studying and writing. It`s an ongoing thing. If money were the ONLY goal how about a Defense Attorney for Pro athletes?

I dabbled in scalping , when baltimore made the playoffs back in the mid late 90`s made sopme pretty good money for the playoffs only,lol...But your not allowed down at Camden , I had a few tickets left for the last game and saw a few guys get carted off....I ended up giving my last ticket away as I went back to the car...It was very well worth it as unorganized and small time as it was for me...paid for my playoff seats and made a couple dimes both years...

Astronomer. When I was a kid, I thought I had died and gone to heaven when I got a telescope for Christmas. University calculus and lotsa and lotsa beer and the next thing you know, I was sucked into a black hole.

***you are right about patrick and scott (who is the worst-ever on air person in TV history) with greenberg - 50/50, but you have NO CLUE what these guys actually do behind the scenes - NONE! they get there about 7 hours before their show to attend a pre-production show meeting. for the anchors who do the 8P (PDT - 11P - EDT) show they RARELY get to see the hilites BEFORE they go on air. this means that unless the talent saw the game in the newsroom (and as many TVs as there are up there - that can be done) you have NO CLUE what the play looked like and how the PA cut it. it looks easy - but trust me - it is NOT!

My childhood dream was to be a sports writer. I was thinking of the free passes to the big games and all. Still have the ambition.

Journey, In hindsight I wish I had stuck with the baseball dream longer, doubt I would have ever made it to the big-time but I would have had a blast trying! Maybe a couple of cycles of steroids would have helped-lol.
