What is the best breed of dog you have owned?

nice looking beast Keyman! i am going out to warm vegas up for us tomorrow thru sat early am.....then will be back in town with my wife and kids late friday night of next week....leaving Monday night

Put my pit to sleep a few weeks ago. Aint going to lie. I cried like a fucking bitch. I would go read pet grieving forums to try to stop the sadness and would read some fucked up shit. That didn't help one fucking bit.

Tore me up that I basically fucking executed him. And the fact I had to pay money to do it was even worse. I paid in cash and my fingers were wet with sweat as I pulled the bills out. Fucking sickening.

But he had cancer and further rounds of chemo wouldn't help.

I haven't watched this video since right before I put him to sleep.

years back the wife and I got a mutt from the local place....

I gotta tell ya....

I trained that dog to be THE BEST MUTT EVER...

when my daughter was born...the dog wasn't happy...

she took a nip at my daughters face and drew blood...jealous

end off story...

put the dog down ..30 min's later...for my daughters safety...

Still miss that dog...and will always think about our times

wife cried for 2 mths.....

swore I would never buy another fvcking dog...

Me too! Have yours been Scott or Johnson bloodline? My last one also died young, 2 yrs old, due to seizures. What a stud he was though...RIP Chief Paw Diesel

All of them were Johnsons. My sister has Alapaha Bulldog and if I ever decide to go with a non shelter dog, I will get one. The 2 guys I have now (female pit mix (with cancer) and male lab mix) are both my first shelter dogs of my life and I think I will keep going that route.

He does brother. Best dog ever. He was abused for years until I rescued him. He's adjusted now. Best dog ever hands down.

He's about a $3k dog, got him for $300 4 years ago

i envy you buddy,..i was even looking today how much a one way flight was for monday ,trying to get there a day sooner cause i can't wait already but it was too much to even think about it.,....and thanks for the comment on the GSD,..he is such a great dog its unreal

i've had several pit mixes…all great, loyal, obedient dogs. the one i have now is a blind pit/dalmatian mix. i've never met a dog who wanted to lay with you more than this dog. he's extremely smart and obedient, very keen senses and is on strict voice command that he obeys very well.
