think this is the first time we disagree. if you are getting married, in my opinion in this day and age, you are being very DUMB if you do NOT enter into a prenup. and it has no connection to whether the marriage will be successful.

not entering a pre-nup because you want to make it appear as though your marriage is strong, or because you don't want to make your partner believe that you think it might not last, is ridiculous.

marriage is an agreement, like any business agreement. people who do business and are smart enter into agreements and do so in writing. dumb business people only enter into verbal agreements. they do so because they absolutely trust the other contracting party. "oh, my cousin would never screw me....oh, i have known john for 40 years since college."

marriage is no different. it is an agreement. lots of assets are at stake. a pre-nup is totally reasonable. it is not a shot at the viability of the marriage.

I'd agree...make sure you live with the person before you marry them...I live with Stadium & I love it...seriously the best!!...and i've lived with another individual before Stadium & it was PURE hell...so make sure you try out the living situation!!! Sometimes your relationship is better when you live together...thats the case with Stadium & myself!

It was the laundry area,,,should have been drained and disconnected beforehand...its all good I own it with my cousin and we got alot done in 48...he's a hCaptain in the Atlanta FD and thinks I am a rookie. We got alot done and sprayed insulation on everything exposed. This weekend will be the test...going to be nasty in Ohio Valley and General's area. Hell I forgot ken in Norfolk, that has black ice all over it.
