No kidding. The level of ass in Northpark area I would put up against any location. It's an amazing place.

It's held up for a half century since opening in 1965.

Hardline did a segment a couple weeks ago talking about the recent purchase of "Red Bird Mall" or whatever it's called these days down off 67 & I20......It was bought for like $12m

They speculated Northpark would be worth approx 2 Billion or more

Was told about a study once that if you can get kids to drink your soda in college it's like an 80% chance they will stick to it (Coke v Pepsi) forever... Which is why these soda places pay ridiculous prices to get into schools.
