What am I missing on C Michigan +3.5 on Wed night ?

I see that C Michigan is +3.5 on Wednesday Night on the road against N Illinois.With Dan LeFevour coming back for this game and now need to win to keep pace with Ball State in the MAC West.Why shouldnt I pound this game and opinions wanted.Thanks Gravy

CMU did not need to win to keep pace with Ball State. If they lose tonight and beat Ball State next week, they will be tied and own the tie-breaker. Then all they need to do is beat Eastern Mich to win their division. Ball State was ranked and undefeated last night. So, they won to keep pace with the rest of the world. The fact that CMU is struggling with NIU in the second half probably means they will beat Ball State next week. This is NOT an important game for CMU tonight. If they win this, then LOSE to Ball State, they are screwed. The Ball State game is basically everything for both teams. Without that win, a good season for each does NOT even earn a spot in the MAC title game.

I went to sleep after being up 30-6 and woke up to see that C Michigan won in O.T 33-30 so Im glad I didnt see the finish to this one but I take the win and move on.Glad to see that some of you cashed on this and thats the main thing.Gravy
