As for tariffs - Trump implemented tariffs in his first term and it sounds like he was floating ideas about using them again. I support the tariffs he levied in that term and I would likely support them again. As for revenue from tariffs replacing revenue from the income tax - I don't believe that Trump said that revenue from tariffs WILL replace revenue from the income tax. Again, no specific quote to that end from Trump and no identification of the source who said that he said that.
