He probably thinks it is too much and will appeal.

Roger's record sucks when a decision is not kept in house. He wanted at least 1 full season

I was guessing it could be as low as 4 games (he's not charged with any crimes, at least not yet)

Wouldn't surprise me if both sides appeal, with Roger being more likely that Watson. Watson better keep is head on a swivel, nothing worse that a scorned bitch (I'm talking about Roger)

Isn’t this just the judge? Can’t the Commish do as he sees fit?

Complicated with the CBA

But Goodell will appeal and likely will succeed

The female judge said six games because his sexual tendencies were not violent in any way

Makes sense when you think about it, he never forced anything on anyone

Why not just let him play now then?

I don't get these weird in between rulings.

If he didn't do anything wrong then don't suspend him. If he did then this is a pathetic suspension length

Good points

Like the lady judge said, he didn't rape anyone or force himself on anyone

The guy likes sex and people are frowning upon it

Nobody ever stops to think that whether you believe God put us here or we are here by chance, either way, we were made to be attracted to the opposite sex, have urges, and breed

I'm not saying he didn't do questionable things, who really knows the truth...

Weed smoking super high Josh Gordon 78 game suspension
Ridley 17 games for betting on his own team.
Plexco shot himself, 4 games

I don't care much but the six seems light given the above...

It seems pretty obvious he put people in unwanted/uncomfortable situations given the volume of accusations

I mean we all have urges but most of us don't compulsively act on them in inappropriate settings

Yes but weren't they all that massage parlors?

Maybe he didn't know which ones offered those types of services and would make hints or inquiries.

We don't really know the truth but funny thing nobody came after him before he became a millionaire

I guess what I'm saying is he's not a rapist or anything like that he's just a little freak LOL

Why is he likely to succeed? I don't see it that way at all, the decision was not kept in house so is CBA authority has been mitigated

Or, it's pretty obvious people are just trying to make some quick and easy mega bucks and started piling on because they could

No legal charges yet, that would be a game changer

They also didn't come after him until he wanted to leave the texans... imo hes a kinda dumb and a weirdo (youre a star athlete, you can pick up chics anywhere, and if youre gonna pay for it, then just pay for it and not a massage) but someones pulling strings behind a curtain and it aint the wizard of oz

puff puff pass.

"In 2014, the NFL suspended him for the entire season for violating the league’s substance-abuse policy. He was flagged for weed before the season even began. The NFL reduced his suspension to 10 games, and he appeared in five games in 2014.

Gordon’s love of marijuana cost him millions of dollars in missed salary due to a combination of stupidity and defiance. Gordon missed the entire 2015 and 2016 seasons. The Browns finally gave up on him in 2018 when they traded Gordon to the New England Patriots.

Gordon maintained his sobriety during the first half of the 2018 season and stopped smoking marijuana until he slipped during their bye week. Gordon stepped away from the team for the rest of the season to focus on his mental health. The NFL flagged him again for violating league policy.

The Pats waived Gordon in 2019 after he suffered a knee injury and the Seahawks claimed him off waivers. He appeared in five games and started just one with the Seahawks before he flunked another drug test 10 days before Christmas. The NFL suspended him for the sixth time."

Guy loves smoking weed..can't blame him.
