I felt the same way myself cuz if a team is able to end a game by just Intentionally Grounding the ball then won't teams in similar spot just do that?

No Discipline for the foul of Intentionally Grounding the ball in that spot? Just...."No Biggie, that Foul, Game Over, You Guys Win."
