Cutting over 800k public sector jobs, increasing spending by levels we have not seen in the last 6 decades. That's austerity my friend. These are just basic facts, no ratios or spin. Just raw data. Sucks to be you getting bitch slapped like this.

Isn't it funny how the left loves to cite the Jobs record of Clinton?

Note the decline in federal spending in the chart in post #412 and the resulting job growth.

Every year from 1992 through 2000 federal spending as a % of GDP shrank and almost 20 million jobs were added during that time.

Government spending creating jobs is a laughable suggestion.

Clinton didn't reduce spending a single year he was in office. Once again, you simply don't understand basic math, lol.

"Increased spending" = austerity

Only a Keynesian spenda-holic would say something so asinine...these people are on CRACK.

You have completely beclowned yourself on this topic.

I said to you yesterday you don't understand how % of GDP is calculated, nor why economists use it, and you've done nothing but vindicate that.

Your posts are comically ignorant.

You took it out of context. What a shocker. You are quite dumb.

Stupid shit:

Spending $3.45 trillion dollars is not "austerity"

You have completely beclowned yourself here.

It's not rocket science. You just tried to make the claim that Clinton cutting spending is what grew the economy, when in reality Clinton didn't cut spending a single year he was in office. Like I said, you don't understand basic math. It's hilarious to watch you try though. Lol.

"Are you better off than your grandparents were 50 years ago?"

That all depends...whether you're a productive contributer...or a taker.

Of course we all know what fratfraud's Democrat base would say.

Cutting over 800k public sector jobs,

The number of federal employees has risen under President Obama. There were 2,790,000 federal workers in January 2009 when the president took office, and now there are 2,804,000 workers. [ED: this #'s are from 2012]

You have completely beclowned youself on this topic.

"Austerity"!!!!

The number of federal employees grew by 123,000, or 6.2%, under President Obama, according to the White House's Office of Management and Budget.

Where did I say anything about federal employees? And what's humorous about that is there are nominally less Federal Employees now than when Reagan was in office. Reagan loved his big government, lol!! You keep looking like an idiot man. It's time you start asking me questions rather than making comments, because you are down for the count.

Lower than avg. increase in spending = "austerity" to the Keynesian clown.

It is just like dealing with a crack addict who needs more hits, or a greedy-ass bitch wife that keeps running up your credit cards trying to maintain an unaffordable lifestyle.

It's called denial.

No, stupid, words have meaning.

You don't know the meaning.

LOL

So the dictionary told you $3.5 trillion was not austerity? Interesting. Must be one of those conservative only dictionaries, lol.

That was written two years ago. And during the austerity times, it has now decreased to the lowest level in decades. Damn you just can't win can you, lol. Embarrassing how you guys keep trying when the data is so glaringly obvious. But when you have your magic conservative dictionary and calculators I guess anything is possible, hahahaha!!
