Not sure when the article will come up Matty, but there is more where this BS comes from according to a lobbyist I talk with. Cheeseball is right though, these guys just need to get a spine and stop all this nonsense. The DOJ is making up law because unless Jay Cohen's judge presides over this and tells the jury they must find guilt, there isn't any way the DOJ would prevail seeing that even the Supreme Court backed the right to advertise gambling in states that didn't have it as long as it was for casinos that were legal where they are located. I think that describes this situation 100%.
